Our vacuum packed hops are sourced from Neale's Brewing Supplies. All packs show the harvest date and the alpha acid content. The latter is what provides the bitterness, the higher the alpha acid level, the greater the bitterness. (Picture shows Cascade hops for demonstration purposes)
