DELIVERY CHARGES U.K. MAINLAND AND SCOTTISH LOWLANDS
ALL OTHER AREAS We have included many more postal areas within our normal delivery. However, due to increase postal charges and restrictions, the following conditions apply to all other areas DELIVERY CHARGE PER PARCEL £9.95 MAXIMUM WEIGHT PER PARCEL 20Kg **There is also size restrictions with parcel force so bulky items (e.g. barrels, buckets, fermenters etc.) may have to be dispatched in a separate parcel. We will inform you of any extra parcels before order processing. WHEN CALCULATING THE WEIGHT OF A PARCEL PLEASE ALLOW 10% EXTRA FOR PACKAGING (A 1.8Kg BEER KIT IS THE NET WEIGHT NOT THE GROSS WEIGHT) THIS APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING POSTAL AREAS:- NORTHERN IRELAND ISLE OF MAN ISLE OF WIGHT OFF SHORE ISLANDS AB 37-56 FK19-21 G84 IV 1-56, IV63 KA27-28 KW1-17 PA20-39, 41-49, 60-78 PH14-50. TR21-25 ZE1-3 ALL OTHER COUNTRIES CARRIAGE AT COST DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS Any special instructions that can help the driver to deliver your order would be appreciated e.g. deliver next door if out, knock loudly bell not working etc. IMPORTANT NOTE If the instruction is such that a signature is not required e.g. leave in conservatory around the back if out, then this can only be dispatched under the instruction "no signature required". In this case the carrier will not accept any liability. That means should the consignment go missing or get damaged there will be no compensation. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE THE E.U.
