Cascade (vacuum packed hops)

100g of vacuum packed hops.  Alpha acid range 4.5-7%.  An American hop, named after the Cascade mountain range running through Washington and Oregon.  Cascade has a very distinct aroma which has a pleasant flowery and citrus-like quality, with a slight grapefruit characteristic.
