Please Note-: Most wine kit instructions will tell you to transfer your wine into another clean container at some time. This is not necessary and is optional. What is important is when the wine is finished and clear you do not allow it to remain on the sediment for longer than necessary i.e. bottle the wine as soon as it is clear.
